Emergency works are now underway to correct the issue with a manufacturer patch to a known issue. This will impact 3 healthy interconnects. Notifications for impacted circuits are visible within the control panel. Disruption is set to be limited to 10 minutes. We apologise for the disruption that this will cause.
The cause is linked to a failure of a line card in our network. Our network team are working on restoring impacting links (3 carrier interconnects) as quick as possible. <br /> <br />As soon as we have an ETA we will share this with you.
